Hours. The Office of Undergraduate Studies and Advising (OUSA) is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., except on days when the university is officially closed. Some advisers, administrators, and other staff members work there year-round, and others are there during the regular academic year (Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters).

Advising by email. If you have a question about College rules and requirements or want some guidance as you make academic choices, you can send questions by email. Email advising is intended to supplement meetings with College Advisers, not to replace them. It is useful especially for straightforward academic advising questions. Email your question to your adviser or our general advising address, firstname.lastname@example.org, and a College Adviser will send you a response.
