Emily Heisley Stoeckel

Emily Heisley Stoeckel has devoted 20 years to the growth and development of The Heico Companies, L.L.C., and Heico Holding, Inc. Heico is a privately-held company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Heico owns approximately 50 businesses worldwide within a diverse set of industries such as steel, fasteners, steel wire products, heavy equipment, industrial products, commercial and industrial construction, and material handling equipment. Heico is also the proud majority owner of the NBA Memphis Grizzlies.

Heico Acquisitions is a key subsidiary of Heico. Heico Acquisitions acts as an investment firm specializing in buying interests in under-performing companies and turning them around. Ms. Heisley Stoeckel is actively involved in investment origination, due diligence and portfolio management. She has extensive experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, strategic planning and financial analysis, and has worked on acquisitions for companies in such industries as Steel, Wire, Industrial Products, Heavy Equipment, Tire Equipment, Construction and Air Cargo Systems.

Ms. Heisley Stoeckel sits on the board of several companies.

Ms. Heisley Stoeckel is married with four children. She is actively involved in many philanthropic activities on behalf of the Latin School of Chicago, Chicago Children's Museum and the Heisley Family Foundation. The Heisley Family Foundation is committed to supporting educational opportunities, especially in developing countries, as well as numerous children's causes. Ms. Heisley Stoeckel encourages and supports her children in continuing this philanthropic legacy. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago.
