The College strives to provide salaries that recognize faculty for their accomplishments in the areas of research, teaching, and service, and are competitive in the wider market. The elected Faculty Merit Committees provide invaluable oversight and assistance with the College’s annual salary increase process.
As part of this process, faculty must submit an updated CV and Vita Supplement form each year. Weinberg College uses Northwestern Faculty Folio to collect CV and supplemental materials.
