iModules Email

What is iModules?

IModules is an email marketing service that is available to departments and programs in Weinberg College. Part of Our Northwestern, it can be used to send newsletters, event announcements, and other communication to alumni, interested community members, faculty, staff, and students.

Accessing iModules

  1. You must complete a classroom training course and submit two forms to ARD.
    1. Sign up for ARD104 Our Northwestern Email in myHRLearn. Pull up information about the class by typing “ARD104” in the search bar.
    2. Fill out the top section of the Access Request form . In the Our Northwestern Access Detail box, check the WCAS (GID 173) box. Do NOT sign it or fill in the Sponsor section. The sponsor is in ARD and they will fill in the appropriate information. in order to obtain access to iModules. 
    3. Fill out the top section of page 10 of the Confidentiality Policy Agreement. The bottom section of the page will be filled out by ARD.
  2. When you’ve completed your training, email your completed Access Request and Confidentiality form to Once your training is complete and your forms have been submitted, you will be given access to iModules.
  3. Your department/program template is pre-loaded into iModules. After creating a new email draft, you can select the template from the dropdown list.
