iModules Email

What is iModules?

IModules is an email marketing service that is available to departments and programs in Weinberg College. Part of Our Northwestern, it can be used to send newsletters, event announcements, and other communication to alumni, interested community members, faculty, staff, and students.

Accessing iModules

  1. You must complete a classroom training course and fill out the Access Request form in order to obtain access to iModules.  Sign up for ARD103 Our Northwestern Email in myHRLearn. Pull up information about the class by typing “ARD103” in the search bar.
  2. When you’ve completed your training, email your completed Access Request form to While filling out the form, leave the ARD Sponsor field blank. Once  your training is complete and your form has been submitted, you will be given access to iModules.
  3. To request access to your department or program’s personalized templates from Weinberg College, submit the request form.
